- AU SECOURS, UNE QUALITÉ DÉPLORABLEBonjour, Voici le récit de ma mésaventure avec ce site internet que je ne recommande absolument pas !!!!!!! Modéle de bague de FIANÇAILLES « DAMARA or blanc saphir blanc AAA en taille 44 ». Achat en décembre 2018 pour un prix de 412€ plus 20€ pour une fabrication sur mesure en taille 44. Bague qui m’a été offerte le 21 mars 2019 par mon homme pour une demande en fiançailles. Donc bijou très important dans la vie d’une femme. Bijoux que je suis censé garder toute ma vie. 1er problème qui survient en date du 24 juillet 2019 bague qui jaunit. J'ai donc renvoyé la bague suite à la demande de Glamira pour expertise. Verdict il faut re faire le rhodiage. Donc envoie via DHL. Ensuite 6 janvier 2020 de nouveau problème de jaunissement et l’or qui devient terne sans aucune brillance ainsi que le saphir blanc. C'est repartie pour un renvoi à Glamira qui de nouveau refait un rhodiage. 31 janvier 2020 rebelote et là Glamira me proposer de me refaire totalement la bague et m’explique que peut être le problème vient de la qualité de l'or blanc lors de la création de la bague. J’accepte donc cette solution. Et aujourd’hui 27 mai 2020 même stade que ma 1ère demande de juillet 2019. La bague est de nouveau jaunie, or blanc terne et saphir blanc opaque sans aucun reflet. Bref une catastrophe. À la vue de tous ces désagréments j’ai donc été faire quelques recherches d'avis de le site internet Glamira sur des forums de satisfaction client. Et la stupeur, je ne suis absolument pas la seule dans ce cas. Sur ces forums (ex : Mariage.net) il pleut des commentaires négatifs sur ce site internet. Clients qui se plaignent que l’or blanc devient jaune, d’autres avec des bagues à 2 couleurs ou l’une des couleurs disparaît, pierres qui tombent sans aucune raison….. Bref une hécatombe. Donc maintenant je ne souhaite en aucun cas garder cette bague que j'ai renvoyé en date du 29 mai 2020. Je ne veux ni un re re re re rhodiage, ni un échange, ni une nouvelle fabrication…je veux juste être Remboursé afin de pouvoir aller acheter une bague de fiançailles qui ne jaunira pas qui ne ternira pas bref une bague de fiançailles digne de ce nom. Je suis extrêmement peiné, triste et dessus. J'ai toujours fait preuve de compréhension et accepté les arrangements que ma fait Glamira pour rhodiage ou nouvelle bague, mais la stop. J'en ai assez. Donc sincèrement je vous conseil de passer votre chemin, et de ne pas être attiré par les prix compétitifs ou leur garantie à vie. En effet garantie à vie mais tout les 1 mois voir 2 mois il faudra leur renvoyer votre bijoux, qui est soit dit en passant et à renvoyer en Bulgarie
