RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY

At GLAMIRA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and warranty policies carefully, as they apply to all GLAMIRA products, with specific differences for the Jewellery Collection and Fashion Collection mentioned where applicable.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Return Period: 60 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition.
  • Product Seal: The original product seal must be intact and attached.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, certificates, and promotional items must be included.
  • Modifications (for Jewellery Collection): The product must not have been resized or modified by any third party.
  • Diamonds (for Jewellery Collection): Products including GIA-certified diamonds are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Store Credit Option: For easier product exchanges, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases but is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Please note that for orders paid with cryptocurrency, the payment is irreversible and not subject to refund as these payments are one-way transactions.

Engraving Services:

  • is only possible to add at the time of the initial order. Engraving services are not available after the order has been delivered.

Resizing Policy (for Jewellery Collection)

  • One-Time Free Resizing: Available for non-engraved or engraved rings within 60 calendar days of receipt.
  • Size Range: Resizing is limited to the size range offered on the GLAMIRA website.
  • Modifications: Resizing does not include alterations to the ring’s width or thickness.
  • Resizing Timeframe: The resizing process typically takes 25 business days from the start of the process, which begins after the product has been inspected by our Quality Assurance team.

Warranty Policy for Jewellery Collection

GLAMIRA offers a Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty on products from the Jewellery Collection, covering manufacturing defects. Below are the specific terms and conditions:

Warranty Coverage:

Manufacturing Defects are covered under the warranty.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Signs of wear, such as thinning bands or worn prongs, are not covered.
  • Chemical Exposure: Damage from exposure to chemicals, including perfumes and household cleaners, is not covered.
  • Loss or Damage: Stones or parts lost due to accidents or negligence are not covered.
  • Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Any unauthorised changes to the product void the warranty.

Warranty Policy for Fashion Collection

All Fashion Collection products come with a 2-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: General wear, such as scratched lenses, worn soles, fading fabrics, or hardware discolouration on women's bags.
  • Accidental Damage: Breakage or damage from misuse, such as dropping sunglasses, rough handling of bags, or subjecting accessories to harsh environments.
  • Chemical Exposure: Damage caused by exposure to chemicals like perfumes, cleaning products, or other substances that can affect material quality (e.g., discolouration or peeling).
  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from using items in ways they were not intended, such as exposing footwear to extreme conditions or overloading handbags.
  • Loss or Theft: Lost items, such as misplaced bags or stolen sunglasses, are not covered.
  • Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Any alterations or repairs carried out by third parties without authorisation from GLAMIRA will void the warranty.

Returns Process

Steps for Return:

Return Form: Complete the return form and select the correct type of return (withdrawal, warranty, or resizing for the Jewellery Collection).

Confirmation: Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and a copy of the form.

Packaging: Pack your item securely and include the return form in your parcel.

Shipping Follow the instructions you’ll receive after submitting the form.

Processing: Once received, it may take 2-4 business days for our Quality Assurance team to inspect and process your return request. For resizing and repair requests, processing time starts once the item has been inspected. Resizing may take up to 25 business days, depending on the product.
