Legal rights of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order, within the period of 14 days from the date that your order has been delivered. You must notify us in writing of your intent to withdraw (that is by letter, email, or fax). If you want to ensure that the withdrawal occurs within the specified time frame, you must either mail your notification or return the products within the 14-day timeframe.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In case the annulment is successful, any goods, services, or monies given by either party shall be returned and any funds that may have been accumulated shall be released. In case the goods have been damaged following the delivery, the customer must pay a compensation. In order to prevent having to pay a compensation for damage, we recommend not to use the goods in any way that may reduce their value. If you owe any compensation as a result of damage to the products, it will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods mentioned below:

Products that have been produced according to customer specifications or which have been tailored to specific requirements of the customer, goods which are not suitable for sending back due to their condition, goods which can be damaged easily, and goods which are subject to expiration.
