GLAMIRA will not give up until you are completely happy, thus we provide free resizing of your non-engraved or engraved ring once within the first 60 days of receiving your purchase. Custom or modified items (custom orders designed and/or manufactured to client requirements) are not eligible for free resizing.

GLAMIRA will engrave your ring for free when you select this option during your purchase. You can choose from four different fonts and include special symbols like hearts or infinity. The maximum number of symbols you can type in is 25 - including spaces, icons and letters.

If you ordered your item without engraving and later on decided that you would like to get it engraved, we will gladly do it for a small fee of AUD $32 with shipping included.

Please avoid getting your item engraved by a third party as it will void your lifetime warranty.

Jewellery is delicate and requires extra care when they are being delivered to you. GLAMIRA offers complementary and insured shipping on all orders for loss or damage while in transit. Once the order leaves our premises, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your delivery.

We recommend you to open your package and inspect your product carefully for any signs of defects or flaws. If you detect any damage, please file a damage claim and reject the receipt of the delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your item to GLAMIRA either for a refund, resizing, engraving or repair request. Submit return order form which can be filled just in a couple of simple clicks. Print it out and send it back with the item. Once the return order form is submitted, you will receive the instructions to your email address on how to proceed with the return. Please read through our return policy before sending the item back to us.

Redeem Coupon

- Only one coupon can be redeemed per order.

- Coupons can only be redeemed before the order is completed.

- A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

Validity

- Gift coupons are redeemable for a limited period of time only. The period of validity can be seen on the coupon or the respective campaign.

Returns

- It is generally possible to return articles purchased with gift coupons.

- If, for any reason, you would like to return an article purchased with a gift coupon, you will receive your additional payment in the form of a credit to your Glamira client account.
